Design Process

1. Discovering your brand identity

During the discovery process we take a holistic look at your business and what you stand for to figure out your brand identity, your ideal client as well as your mission and values to name a few. This phase helps us really discover what makes your business unique 

2. Developing your brand IDENTITY

During the development phase we will take our discovery research and develop a creative direction for your brand's identity. In this phase we get clear on the overall feel of your brand and what you want to protray. 

3. Designing your brand IDENTITY

During the design phase I will get to work on designing the perfect brand identity for your business. During this phase we will work together to make sure you are in love with your brand before we finalize the design! 

4. Delivering your brand IDENTITY

Once we have finalized your brand identity i will deliver all the visual assets to you over Google drive along with a guideline to your new brand identity. Then its time to launch your new standout bingeworthy brand!

WHAT IF I jusT NEED a logo

Great strategic branding is an overall business concept including a combination of visual assets including a logo, colour palette, font pairing etc. A logo is not in itself a brand but a visual mark, which is only one part of your overall brand. 

In order to have an impactful brand that attracts your ideal client you need to have an overall strategy and aesthetic that your clients can form a relationship with. For this reason I am not able to design just a logo for your business.

The best package for you would be my Brand Essentials package which includes all the brand elements needed to have a standout brand for your business at the best price point.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS

Yes of course! I offer 2, 3 & 4 month payment plans. If you need an individualised payment plan please just contact me and we can work out a payment plan that works for us both! Once the first payment is made an automatic payment will be taken  on the 1st of every month, according to your specific payment plan, until completely paid off. WHAT IS THE PROJECT TIMELINE

Each package has a specific timeline, some projects may be quicker and some longer it will all depend on you as the client and how quickly you are able to give me feedback. I stick to a predetermined process and set of dates in order to complete the project within the timeline given

WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORM DO YOU USE?

I use Showit as my go to website platform. It is extremely unique in that it is drag and drop with no limitations on creativity. Showit also allows my clients the freedom to make their own updates so you do not need to rely on monthly maintenance packages. Once your website is complete I will send a tutorial with instructions on how to make updates to your new website

ArE there any other costs involved?

Yes, there may be additional costs involved. You will need to purchase your own font license for any fonts bought & used in creating your branding or website. If you have chosen a web design package you will need to pay for your own domain as well as a Showit subscription.

How does payment work?

All projects require a 50% deposit before commencing to secure your project. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid at the end of the creative process before the final files are delivered to you. If you require a payment plan please let me know and we can discuss payment terms.
